Why not clean your fuel injectors?
Fuel injectors rarely fail but, they do get dirty. Gasoline is made up of ingredients that eventually leave residue buildup inside and around the tips of fuel injectors. This buildup restricts fuel flow and affects fuel atomization. An engine cylinder must receive the correct amount of properly atomized fuel for peak performance. Clogged or dirty fuel injectors will have the following symptoms:
A malfunctioning injector can also create a lean (not enough fuel) or rich (too much fuel) burn in a cylinder. This condition affects emissions and often times fails your vehicle during a smog check. |
What do we do?
We service gasoline fuel injectors. Off the engine cleaning is absolutely the best method of servicing fuel injectors. The injectors are ultrasonic cleaned and individually flow tested. (Please click this link to view our step by step video). This method allows a technician to view how each injector performs after the cleaning process and insures that your engine’s set of injectors deliver a well balanced amount of fuel across all cylinders. Why should you care? Cars, motorcycles, and boats are relatively pricey investments so it only makes sense to keep the engine in excellent operating condition to help avoid expensive repairs. Not to mention, the extra pollution you may be adding to the environment with a poorly running engine. Why purchase my injectors or use my service? New injectors can cost hundreds of dollars and often unnecessary. Most used injectors can be brought back to 100% efficiency with our affordable service. We are a father and son owned operation and strive to offer the best possible customer service. We are also engine enthusiasts and will let you know if we have a more modern, updated injector for your application that will further enhance your vehicle’s overall performance. |
