​Lower seal installation

​When using most after market performance injectors for Honda/Acura application, bored out lower seals help ease installation. Here is a helpful step by step guide.

Preparation

Lube the o-rings, seals, and injectors with o-ring lubricant

Installation

1. Remove old seals from manifold

2. Wipe manifold injector boss with a clean rag

3. Install new lower seals into manifold

4. Install complete fuel rail/injector assembly onto the manifold. Ensure that each injector is properly seated/centered onto each lower seal

5. Gently press fuel rail down while installing center rail nut

6. Once center nut begins to thread into bolt, start to evenly tighten all nuts. Injectors should plunge evenly into seals. Check for leaks
